Tina is an excellent masseuse - she is very intuitive to know where to focus her efforts to target knots, tight or painful body parts. For the pregnancy massage, she knows what to do (and what to avoid) at different phases of the pregnancy. For the Thai massage, she can apply very strong pressure if that is what you like. It is a massage studio in a personal residence, so don’t let that put you off.

One of if not the best deep tissue massage I’ve had! Tina is lovely and really listened to what I needed, wasn’t afraid to use strong pressure in the right spots which is what I usually struggle to get from other places

Combining firm deep tissue techniques, with an option of hot stone therapy and hot towels. Traditional thai techniques and approach with use of elbows and knees and safe stretching. Oil massage also available. Allow yourself to move towards clarity and a sense of peace.

May be used as part of a maintenance programme as well, to come in for regular sessions. Help to keep your mind clear and your body restored to better movement.
