When I arrived at the venue I was told that my appointment was cancelled and when I tried to explain I had paid already online I was literally spoken over and shooed out the salon without being told if I could reschedule or get a refund. I have contacted Treatwell but its been 3 days and they haven't gotten back to me or refunded me yet :(
Would not recommend.
