Always have a great cut from Jeiran, and she makes great suggestions, not just the same cut time after time! All round enjoyable experience, it’s a fab salon, you can tell it’s a business with a heart too

Uncomfortable from the beginning, was told to leave right after getting there because they weren’t ready even though there was only one person in the shop, was overcharged in the end. There’s no communication between Treatwell and the shop; they asked me how to use the site. The actual waxing had such an uncomfortable judgy atmosphere, would not recommend.

Therapist did not carry out waxing treatment effectively, left hair behind and didn’t ask if I was happy with it, also very rough with the skin. When I went to pay she tried to charge £18 instead of £10 which is the amount I was told when I booked online. Even after showing her the proof that it was £10 to pay she still tried to take more money from me.
