This is a very deep tissue massage using warm/hot rocks and massage oil. Very pleasant, although it’s slightly uncomfortable at times when working the tighter muscle ereas. I left feeling well stretched and invigorated. If you want a gentle massage, this is not for you. If you want deep tissue, you won’t find much deeper than this. Very good and would definitely recommend.
