Firstly I arrived and was 10 minutes.late however I got lost and when I booked this treatment they had loads of availability on this day as it was mid week. As soon as I walked in the door no nice greeting all I was told by receptionist was you need to fill in form this will take 15 minute and then she had the cheek to say as you late you need to ask treatwell for refund and pay us £45 now when I had already paid for the voucher online. I was not having any of it she was rude! Wont return!

Very relaxing, therapist professional and overall experience was great. The place is clean, the atmosphere cosy, the massage very I will highly recommend it.
