I booked in with a particular person as they give the best massage only to find out I got someone else without any notification - even when I arrived no one mentioned anything. The substitute masseuse wasn’t as good as the other person. Friendly yes but it just wasn’t as positive as an experience as I hoped for. Been left today feeling sore and bruised versus revitalised and supple. I wouldn’t have booked so soon after my last treatment if I had known it would be someone else. Quite annoying.
