The anatomical knowledge of the therapist was a little lacking.
She tends to put pressure on bones and not on the actual muscle, nor follow the length of the muscle/tendons.
A good example is putting elbow pressure on my posterior superior lilac spine (pelvic bone) which doesn’t have a muscle attachment therefore just causing bone pain during.
