Unfortunately,I had to wait for rather a long time before my hair cut commenced as they were finishing off someone elses highlights. I was also unhappy with my hair cut as it doesn't blend on my face which all of my friends have commented on. I felt everything was rushed when I went and not given proper attention. I know this is just my experience and two other people went there and really loved their haircut and their haircuts look lovely.
