Overall a great experience. I usually detest having my lashes tinted, however this time it was stress free, and no discomfort whatsoever. Later in the day I felt my brows were slightly too short, however perhaps I did not explain well enough - not the fault of the beautician. Very friendly from start to finish, and spotless inside. So overall, 5 stars, and I look forward to trying a massage/facial.
