The head/back/shoulders massage was okay. The staff were very friendly however I wasn't able to relax/close my eyes as the masseuse was chatting to me the entire time. May not be an issue at all for some people, just personal preference. She was still lovely though. The annoyance came once the treatment was over, I went to pay with my card and they said they only take cash. This wasn't mentioned at all prior to the appointment or in any of the emails. I didn't have cash so they sent me to a cash machine across the road which was out of order. I went back, asked if they could please take my card, still no. I ended up having to walk down the high street to a bank to get cash out in the pouring rain. Not the best way to end what should be a relaxing hour or so.
Always an amazing massage! I won’t get anywhere else. The therapists are so experienced and the ambiance is lovely! I always recommend here to my friends!
The masseuse was great and the place clean and beautiful!!!
The massage was pretty intense, breathtaking at times. I couldn’t relax much but I guess that’s wasn’t the point of it.
