I specifically booked here again after a wonderful first treatment. When I arrived at the spa I checked in all fine. However about right when my massage was meant to begin I was told there had been a error between Treatwell and their system and said they couldn’t see bit would need to wait an hour. I was not amused as one could imagine. I explained I wast able to wait as I had other plans. The managed to sort something out so that I only had to wait 30 mins. Quite a frustrating 40 mins given the whole purpose was to be relaxed!!! Once I actually got into the massage room- it was wondering!
