This time though it was not. I booked and paid for 1h massage from 3pm to 4pm. But at 3.52pm my massage was over and when I let them know, the therapist said she had a client at 4pm. Regardless of those 8 mins that I didn't have, they didn't even acknowledge their mistake. Unfortunately, I won't be going back, which is a shame, since I really like the place and the treatments. Professionalism is top priority for me.
