Highly recommend this place. Amazing massage, really worked on my knots and made to feel really comfortable. After the treatment I was given a delicious herbal tea and glass of water and left there feeling great. Will return!
I had the 1hr pregnancy massage. The staff are attentive and friendly as always and take the time to remember your preferences, especially Toong. My massage was very relaxing and hit all the right spots.
The only problem is Treatwell itself. If you try to book two massages at once the system tends to get confused. I tried to book a massage for myself and my husband at 11am. The spa called me within 5 minutes of me making the booking to confirm the appointment because it came through to them as two massages, one at 1pm and one at 2pm and they wanted to know if I'd prefer for them to be done together. They sorted it out and booked us both for 11am.
I can't fault the staff and the services they provide at Thai Serenity and will continue to use them time and time again

I have been for aromatherapy massages at thai serenity and soul many times before and have never been able to fault it. I always come out feeling floaty and on top of the world. My experience this time wasn't quite as good as previously. The lady providing my massage checked the firmness of the massage with me which was fine. She was trying really hard to work some knots out of my back and shoulders which was great, that's what I wanted, but for the two days following I have experienced quite a bit of pain in the areas she was concentrating on, which is contrary to any previous experiences. I feel stiffer if anything, than before the massage. Perhaps a one off, as every other massage I have had has been faultless. I will still go back again for another massage in the future based on previous experiences.
