Everything here was lovely! I was welcomed in with the offer of a drink, which is always nice and then taken to the treatment room. It was just the right temperature with a lovely smell and calming music which all added to the relaxed atmosphere - just what you want when you're having an intimate wax!! I really appreciated the no-nonsense attitude of the beautician who just wasn't afraid to "get all up in there" which is great, especially when I've had some who are almost squeamish about the whole thing. There were a couple of patches of hair missed, but overall everything was great. Personally I probably won't be going back for this treatment as strip wax was used and I prefer hot wax...maybe another treatment though!!
