A very nice welcome when i arrived and the offer of a drink. Treatment was very nice and the environment was clean, soothing and very relaxing.

overall cleanliness and ambience was up to the high level it normally is and again felt comfortable and relaxed. Again it was a treatment i cant fault with by staff with a high level of customer service. Very good all round.
