Therapist performed me a number of excessively painful stretches, and I had to oask her to go easy on a number of occasions. I also only received 60 mins instead of the 90 mins I paid for. Very disappointed that they only offered me money off a future treatment for the shortfall & Treatwell have asked me to go back to resolve the dispute with them directly which I'm not comfortable doing. Sadly I won't be returning.
