Talked to the doctor about my back pain then I think he used more needles on my lower back, felt really sour when the needles was there, but right after the massage, my back pain was completely gone!

I hadn't had acupuncture before, but Sophie made me relaxed and at ease. After a few sessions, my frozen shoulder is almost 100% better. She would mix and match some of the sessions, if I needed more time for acupuncture and less cupping etc.
