Terrible experience. I booked my shellac removal for 19.45 and had paid through Treatwell in advance. When I arrived at the salon the door was locked and no one was answering the door when I rang the bell. I the continued to call their reception number several times and no one picked up. I waited until 20.05 and nobody came to the door. At 20.20 I got a cal back from a member of staff who was very rude and abrupt with rude and claiming it was my fault she did not see the appointment.

I have always had a good experience at the Thai spa boutique. It is a clean and professional business with staff who are always polite and helpful. Kannika always manages to find all my Knots and tight spots and i always feel better after a Thai combination massage. I have a shoulder injury that my Physio suggested would take a year or more to heal and he has been surprised how well my movement has improved, which i put down in a big way to the massage sessions with Kannika.
