Lovely spa, fantastic therapist, really pleased with the entire experience. The spa is very easy to find from the station, so the convenient location certainly helps too.

The therapists name was Path and she was simply excellent - massaging all the areas I asked to be to release tension. Highly recommend!
Nice massage. Therapist identified tension spots and concentrated on these, as well as warming and massaging the whole body. I would have liked it a bit firmer but didn't say this during the treatment so next time I would make sure to specify.
The staff were great and allowed me to rearrange my appointment when the tube was suspended meaning I couldn't get there on time. However, when I came back the next day I had to wait at least 20 minutes for my appointment, which wasn't great as I was then in a rush. The wax was OK - but when I booked, I didn't realise I would be having a strip wax. I think this irritated me and caused me to have a rash. I think if it had been a hot wax not a strip wax (and not made to wait) it would have been brilliant.

I am a therapist myself so can be quite difficult to please in terms of massage. The treatment room is warm, relaxing and the music is soothing and heated massage couch a bonus! This was my 2nd visit here for a Thai-combination massage, my first visit I enjoyed alot as the therapist was obviously very experienced. My 2nd visit was nice, but I felt it could have been better. It could have been improved by the therapist being a bit more attentive..for example asking me if i had any areas of tension needing focus on. I felt some of the Thai movements a bit forced and uncomfortable compared to other Thai massages i have had and the back massage could have been more thorough. I came away more relaxed but i was slightly disappointed.
