The waxing room and therapist was lovely. But this is honestly the worst wax I’ve ever had and I’ve been waxing for over 20 years. Firstly, I still have hairy spots. I also have 4 inflamed follicles. It’s red and swollen and looks awful. I’m walking around with plasters and antiseptic ointments to try and get the swelling down. And lastly, I have bits of skin stripped off my upper thighs. I don’t have enough space to continue this review. I received an apology but this is just not acceptable.

I have been coming here for my waxing for a few months now regularly and every time I am satisfied with their services. The place is sparkling clean and my therapist is very professional and welcoming.
