Booked as a treat for hubby. He came back feeling refresh and was so happy with the massage:)
I feel really bad about leaving a review of this nature as the staff were lovely and really friendly. I booked through Treatwell for when I finished work as they’re close to my office but mid afternoon I was called and was told my slot was being moved half an hour earlier (which was before I finish work) and if I didn’t want this then it would be an hour later or a different as they’d received a couple booking in for a treatment at the same time which required the two therapists. Both options offered were massively inconvenient hence why I booked the time I did.They were apologetic but it didn’t really help me in any way! To add insult, they were obviously in a hurry to have me finished when I was there as my treatment ended 10 mins early! Won’t be returning.
