Hmm, this was a little bit of a mixed bag. The place itself is lovely, and don't be put off by it being below a restaurant - it still feels really luxurious.
My treatment was meant to be a Thai massage, but they only gave you a pair of trousers, not a top (normally you get given a pair of pyjamas for a Thai massage). I was left in the room without any instructions (leave top off?) The therapist didn't speak much English, but I managed to find out it was a Thai combination massage, and that I should take my top off.
The massage was good in parts but generally painful and not relaxing at all. Thai massage normally leaves me feeling really good and refreshed - unfortunately this time, I felt more shattered than when I went in.
The treatment was supposed to be 1 hr 15 mins (with a foot bath at the beginning), but I was out of there and paying within 1 hour.
I wouldn't go again. The regular price was meant to be £90. I would never pay that much.
The was really attentive.I had the feeling that the steam/sauna only gets swithed on 10 mins before usage, so when i entered it was cold. That actually ruined what could of been a wonderful experience.
I had the facial. Treatment was fantastic, facilities very nice and relaxing (I even fell asleep!), great location in Covent Garden. Would definitely go back. In fact I have already booked a full body massage.
Very nice experience, good find in central London. The treatment was pleasant and hit the right spots and the therapist knew what she was doing. The foot bath at the beginning was good and the steam room was pleasant too. The only downside were the cold showers afterwards but maybe the hot water just ran out.
Had a fabulous time at the spa. I wasn't sure what to expect as I never had thai massage before. It was excellent! I couldn't have asked more of the therapist Kwanta! She was very professional and friendly.
Overall it was a splendid day. Even though I went alone I didn't feel alone because the therapist was friendly and did a good job! Thanks Kwanta
