I had been unsuccessfully shoe shopping in Covent Garden and had a spare hour on my hands without the kids and happened to walk past Thai Square Spa. An hour's massage was very appealing and they slotted me straight away (mid afternoon on Bank Holiday Monday). The ambience was very beautiful and calming and the receptionists very welcoming. I was offered a choice a refreshments whilst I waited, although did not have long to wait. The masseuse started with a calming foot bath followed by an hour long therepeutic massage with elements of Thai massage mixed in. I've had many different massages in the past, but this was definitely one of the best and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Thai Square Spa. I've already booked a follow up treatment for my birthday later in the month and can't wait!
This was my first trip ever to a spa and thought I'd start with a manicure & pedicure. Very pleased that I picked the Thai Spa. I was able to sit back and relax and really enjoy the scrub and massage that came with both the manicure & pedicure treatments. I felt very comfortable although I had thought it would take place in a private room, it actually took place in a partitioned off section of the reception area that faced the street!. But fortunately I went on a quiet (and rainy) day so there were too many passers by. Overall was a really good experience and I'm already planning on going back for a half day package (these seem to be very reasonably priced for the amount of time and number of treatments offered)
The spa was very nice and staff friendly. Very relaxing athmosphere and quiet. There was a nice chill-out area to go to after the treatments to drink your complementary tea. The sauna and steam treatment was good and relaxing. Afterwards I had the Thai massage. In the treatment room you could hear what was going on in the other treatment rooms which was a bit distracting. Also, my masseuse was a bit rough, and while the massage was alright, it wasn't so great shiatsu.
Beautiful surroundings away from the hustle and bustle of leicester square. They did not ask if I would pr.efer a male or female therapist when I booked. The receptionist was very welcoming I was surprised to find the therapist was male i think they should have advised /asked over the phone. He was very pleasant. I went into the steam room but found it far to hot I had to keep using the cold hose just to breathe. The massage and the environment were amazing I will recommend this place to anyone who needs to destress for over an hour.Facilities where amazing. Will definitly go back as a treat.
Staff are very helpful and polite, the facilities are new and clean. Thanks to the Treatwell offer, the treatment was extremely reasonable (although not as reasonable as what you get in Thailand, off course!). However if you pay for a full price, it can be costly. I do not think I will go back there with a full tariff but definitely I will go back again when I find an attractive offer on the website.
