Wonderful experience from start to finish. The massage itself was relaxing and soothing. What really makes the difference is the attention to detail - washing your feet, soothing tea, mood lit rooms, beautiful smells.

I've been to this spa many times but find the quality of the therapists and treatments to be very inconsistent. When I arrived at the spa I was asked to fill up a first visit form. After I clarified that I have visited many times before I was told by the receptionist not to book via Treatwell in future because they won't know if I'd been before.
