Management is rude. Called twice ahead of booking, she was very snappy and wanted to get me off the phone. I booked through here and was sent a confirmation text, didn’t not see the confirmation email. My massage was cut short….they did not advise strict policy on time and so I changed at a relaxed pace. Had I know they were counting every second, I would have changed faster, not used the toilet, arrived earlier etc. it’s not a cheap massage, and client treatment doesn’t match premium price
