Just been here with my wife for a treat for my birthday, very very disappointing. We had been here a couple of years ago and my wife had a poor treatment but thought we would give it another go, maybe things had changed. I clearly had an inexperienced member of staff, who spent the majority of time sticking her elbow in my back, without any variance or focus on my neck. We've are regular spa goers and know when you've had an experienced therapist. When asked by the receptionist how was my treatment I told her it wasn't good, no response. I asked for a feedback form , they didn't have one. When I said I'd give feedback online then there was a reaction, too late. I am happy to pay for good treatments which are value for money, this was not. This isn't the therapists fault, but the management. Don't make customers pay full price when you haven't taken the adequate time to train your staff.
My first time at the Thai Square Spa, Covent Garden. Please note that I did not use the spa facilities so this review applies solely to my treatment. I booked a 2hr Thai massage the day before and I was pleased that my short notice booking was accepted. I arrived about 10 minutes late for my appointment and I was pleased to find that my session had not suffered by this mishap. This may have been down to the off peak time that I was there, (early afternoon, mid week) but it was nonetheless appreciated. The room that I had my treatment in was well maintained and clean and my masseuse was competent and knew where and how much pressure to apply. I would have preferred slightly more verbal communication, though after my initial attempts it was clear that there was a language barrier. The staff at reception were business like, and I will go again in the coming months. Next time I hope to see a warmer reception, as my comment about a 'nice way to spend a birthday afternoon' elicited no reaction. Nevertheless I would recommend a visit.

I had a very good experience at Thai Square Spa. The treatment started on time an and was very relaxing. The therapist was reactive to my needs and put the right amount of pressure in the massage. The spa itself is very pretty and it wins top marks in ambience and cleanliness.
