Really not great at all, rooms are dark, damp, mouldy and dirty.

Front of house service was very poor (was not even acknowledged when I was done with my massage and walked out), but the massage itself was good, despite getting a therapist that I had not booked. Place could have been cleaner, but if you don't care too much about that and service, then you should be fine.
