I had Ann who left me in pain. I would not say this is relaxing by any means. I had requested Katie ( who I used several times before). I was disappointed after the massage plus I found all my loyalty card was no longer valid. I collected quite a few. They should make it clear it has an expiry date. I will like I need to re book another massage tomorrow as today was painful and didn’t go down well😔
