Once again, a very good experience at Sabai with deeo tissue massage and very tense back.
Treatment by Katie•Deep Tissue Massage
It was my first deep tissue massage and I was not expecting it to be that painful. The therapist seem to know what she was doing and was a lovely lady, however although she understood I was quite tense she did her very best to try and unknot all my knots. This unfortunately led to a lot of after pain, I couldn't touch my back/shoulder for about 4 days after, even taking a shower was painful. All in all it was a nice experience, however I would have properly enjoyed it way ore with a different massage. I do not recommend booking a Deep Tissue massage if you haven't done it before and unless discussed with the therapist in advance.
