This was my first waxing ever. Katie was sweet, kind, funny, knowledgable and professional.
Made me very comfortable and explained everything she was doing, whilst chatting nicely to keep me relaxed too. Some of my hair was too short to wax, so she arranged for a return visit as part of what I'd already paid for which was v accommodating of her. Her little basement room is small but has everything you need to feel well looked after.
