It was an overall nice experience, just that the therapist was too harsh with my head, which lead to a lot of hair fall. They should be little careful.

I had booked a 60min appointment. Therapist was 15 minutes late but she cracked on once she was there. The reflexology foot massage was really good and although pricy, would recommend again. Was not offered a beverage before or after treatment and there was also no soothing music to create a nice ambiance but the place was very clean.
