It is better than any sports massage I have ever had. It is not for the faint hearted, you get seriously stretched and then massage is intense but you leave feeling brand new; all of my muscles are very grateful!! I am only sad I discovered this place just as I am leaving london. If you've got any tightness or soreness don't bother with a sports massage, have this!!!

Relaxing massage though quite firm in parts. Nice atmosphere, pleasant staff, would go back again.
Back, Neck & Shoulders Massage
Brutal massage but I got what I asked for in that I wanted it to be strong pressure. Worked well in releasing me.
