Amazing time and great advices from a very knowledgable therapist. The reflexilogy massage was halfway between e great spa and a physiotherapist. I had a lot of muscle and tendons tightness these past few month and feeling very relaxed now. Also because the therapist felt I needed a bit more help with streching went over the allocated time slot. Very thankful.

Relaxing experience, I felt very comfortable! I loved that I was provided advice on how to improve on myself as I work in a very labour job and I struggle with muscle pain all the time and I’m very grateful to been provided information on how to improve. I will be coming back again :) thank you so much
