Overall a positive experience. Nothing worthwhile comes easy we are told.....and my new found flexibility and range of movement was not easily come by! Painful but bearable . Enough said I WILL return next month.

If you are thinking of getting a massage here just do it! I went for the I harmony a combined massage and facial and I can honestly say it was the best massage and the most relaxing facial I've ever had!
This was a massage that got your body working. It relaxed me but also got my body working and left me feeling energised!
The staff were so lovely, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable.
