Absolutely the best wax I have ever had. Lovely attention to detail, very thorough with the pre-wax lotion, giving me a full aftercare leaflet, etc. Susie made sure that my skin was always taut so it truly was the most pain-free wax I have ever experienced, and I have been having them for years. She was also brilliant at either pressing down on or gently tapping the individual areas immediately after whipping the wax off, so I experienced very little of the stinging sensation that normally happens with waxing.
And then, amazingly, when applying the after-wax lotion her thai massage skills came into play, and it was a bit like having a mini-leg massage too.
Absolutely the best wax I have had. Wish I lived in Chester, as I would definitely become a regular if I did! Thanks so much. Really looking forward to going back for a massage later in the week.

Really pleased with the massage, excellent service and lovely friendly staff. Offered green tea upon arrival and got full time 1 hr 15. No rush to get us out and will definitely be returning.

Great invigorating massage, more like a sports massage & really got the knots out in my back & shoulders. I'm sure they do relaxing ones too and the place & ambience is certainly relaxing. Would definitely go back there when in Chester. Bought voucher for my mum to have one.
