Nancy was amazing, I have noticed a lot of tension in my body in the last few months and Nancy did an amazing job to work on the problem areas. She seems very knowledgeable and gave me advice.

Nancy was a a wonderful therapist. I have had various injuries over the years and massages haven’t always been helpful. But Nancy was able to get the focus and intensity just right with my current injury and I ended up both relaxed and with a lot of tension released from muscles.

Staff were friendly and pleasant. And the room was clean and calming and warm However I wouldn’t have called the massage a deep tissue as it wasn’t very strong pressure, but it was a very relaxing massage.
