Nancy was a a wonderful therapist. I have had various injuries over the years and massages haven’t always been helpful. But Nancy was able to get the focus and intensity just right with my current injury and I ended up both relaxed and with a lot of tension released from muscles.

Staff were friendly and pleasant. And the room was clean and calming and warm However I wouldn’t have called the massage a deep tissue as it wasn’t very strong pressure, but it was a very relaxing massage.

This was my second massage with Nancy but this time I did lymphatic drainage she is great. She found all the problem areas, some of which I was aware of and I felt so much better the moment I walked out. I’d highly recommend !
