The venue cancelled my appointment because they were double booked. Cancellation is still not showing on Treatwell and I am still waiting for a refund.
The massage itself was great but there was a lot of mixup about bookings - I was informed that there were issues with the Treatwell website and no bookings were actually available at the time booked. We were also informed that the prices were incorrect and was asked to pay extra money. There seemed to be a lot of miscommunication and the building is not easy to locate - it has no signs and is a different door number. The team did their best to accommodate but we didn’t get the full 45 minutes
