Melissa is friendly and welcoming of trans and GNC clients, and considerate of their needs. She has been providing me with electrolysis since January of this year and I have never had anything less than a pleasant experience. Melissa is a calming and assuring presence, she is very personable, and happy to talk as much or as little as you are during treatment. She is also very professional and knowledgeable. Cannot recommend her highly enough.

Melissa has been providing me with electrolysis since the start of 2022. She is welcoming and accepting of trans and GNC individuals, and has never been anything less than completely understanding of my needs and accommodating to them. She is professional, punctual and knowledgeable, but also relaxed and someone you can talk to when a needle isn't being jabbed into you.
She is everything I would want out of someone providing this service, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
