Melissa has been providing me with electrolysis since the start of 2022. She is welcoming and accepting of trans and GNC individuals, and has never been anything less than completely understanding of my needs and accommodating to them. She is professional, punctual and knowledgeable, but also relaxed and someone you can talk to when a needle isn't being jabbed into you.
She is everything I would want out of someone providing this service, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I have had a course of electrolysis treatment and have really seen a difference. Melissa is friendly, very knowledgeable and puts you at ease. The treatment room is also spotless and very clean. Would highly recommend.
