It was my first time visiting Thames Laser and Aesthetics. I was nervous about the procedure but as soon as I was greeted by Melissa she instantly made me feel at ease. She has a warm yet extremely professional approach. She has extensive knowledge in her field, she explained to me in great detail the whole process of my treatment plan. The room and facilities are spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend Melissa as a therapist.
