What a great experience meeting Melissa, chatting over my treatment options and making the most of her wealth of knowledge in choosing the best treatment for me. She’s personable and reassuring and after my initial consultation and patch test (free of charge) and the first electrolysis treatment, I’m very happy with the service so far.
