A disaster as they treated as a stupid CLIENT obviously. To put it short and simple: I booked and paid on Treatwell a 30 minute-massage. When I arrived I had the confirmation (as usual) handy on my phone to make things easier for me to reach this new place (address) and simply said what I came for when I arrived (nothing exceptional - basic organisation I would say).
For some reasons, the massage girl did a 1 hour-massage instead! I lost track of time (are you supposed to look at your watch when you are getting a massage?!? still wondering). When it was over, they told me I had to PAY what I DIDN'T ask for. The massage girl was "confused", the girl at the reception pretty "passive-aggressive" as all that she wanted was the money. They struggled to find the ... RIGHT PRICE .. ?!? I paid because I am honest and could check my watch and saw that we started 1 hour ago.
Needless to add that A-I was more than disappointed B-they lost a client C-spreading the word about their services won't come from me.
