Initially there was confusion over the booking made via Treatwell and I was asked to pay for the treatment. In order to book the treatment via Treatwell payment has to be made, so I was not impressed that they did not seem to know what was going on. The Spa were not prepared for the booking with the amount of staff and the fact that the room they had prepared for a couples massage being too small. Evident when the massage was taking place and both myself and the masseuse made contact with the wall. The treatment did not flow smoothly due to this and this did affect the fact that it was supposed to be a relaxing birthday treat.
