I was a little early for my appointment but was told that was no problem which was great but then i was asked to wait outside the front door on the pavement while the room was cleared even though there is a chair inside. Felt as though there was a lack of trust (which i accept) but felt this could have been handled better as they could install a camera as a deterrent and they also have client details as they took credit card payments. This put a downer on the whole experience unfortunately.
