I arrived at 6.02 for a 6pm appointment. I was told I was late. Not a great start to what is a precious bit of downtime. I didn't feel the therapist was particularly engaged or interested in any aspect of my health or wellbeing. I have had brilliant experiences here in the past but this was an expensive waste of time I'm afraid.
