This was my first experience of Reiki. I saw online to go in with no expectations and to try and be in the moment. I personally found the experience incredibly relaxing. I cannot think of the last time my mind hasn’t been racing and my heart rate fast. This session gave me the time to breath deeply with no distractions. I didn’t realise how much I needed it. I wish I had gone sooner! It felt like my body had been reset, especially after some recent stressful events. Thank you Agnes 🙏💜
