I believe this is my 6th pressotherapy session this year. I started to find it relaxing after sessions 2-3 when I got used to the pressure and noise of the machine. I now find it relaxing and energising to my body. Would recommend giving it a go and sticking with it for a couple sessions before making up your mind.
