I had the balayage and it was generally good except that on one side it didn't look blended in but rather was quite a straight line of bleached colour & toner. After bleaching my hair it was a bright orange hue which I mentioned upfront that I didn't want. This was fixed with a toner at an extra £5. Also, seemed that a bit of the colour ended up cut off so there is less of the colour visible. All in all i am happy with the result. Tea was offered which was much appreciated.

Really friendly, the salon it self probably needs a bit of TLC but the service and cut was amazing for the price!
