Second time I've been here, great haircut, Sue is amazing and in general a great experience!
Avoid this place and take your money elsewhere. I have emailed That Hair Place to discuss my concerns about my poor treatment and one month on I still have not received a response.
I booked a 1hr 15min appointment and I was in and out only only 35mins. My hairdresser did not check the haircut to ensure it was even and neat, did not give a blow dry even though I paid for this. It was an extremely awkward experience and left me feeling ripped off and extremely disappointed.
