I went for a balayage, I wasn’t happy with it so Maddy kindly corrected it promptly and free of charge. I was still unsure about it afterwards and whilst talking it through with Maddy the director, Leanne intervened. I found her very aggressive, patronising and rude. She had a bad attitude and she has completely put me off going back. I was nervous going back to have it corrected and was made to feel as if I was a difficult customer after paying £106 for a bad job. Awful customer service. Avoid

I absolutely love my hair! As soon as I arrived I was made to feel welcome. Ciara was lovely, listened to what I wanted and gave great advice. I will definitely be booking in again soon

From start to finish my visit to That Hair Place was a very positive experience.
The staff are professional and very friendly. The salon is extremely clean and well laid out for social distancing. The decor is lovely.
Leanne is an experienced, professional, skilled hairdresser. Her attention to detail is very good. She is warm and friendly young woman.
